Born and raised in Indiana and a Fishers native, I’m proud to call Indianapolis home and to serve clients throughout the Indianapolis area, with a particular connection to Broad Ripple, Carmel, Fishers, Westfield, and the surrounding communities. With more than a decade of real estate experience and 300+ families served, I bring deep local market knowledge, sales and business expertise, and a genuinely client first approach to every move.
I’m consistently ranked among the top 5% of more than 10,000 REALTORS® in the MIBOR MLS, with an average sales price of approximately $485,000, well above the market average. My listings have consistently sold for an average of 99%+ of asking price. These results reflect my commitment to thoughtful pricing, strategic marketing, strong negotiation, and the details that can make a meaningful difference in a successful transaction.
As a full time Indianapolis REALTOR® and Certified Relocation Specialist, I help buyers and sellers throughout Indianapolis and the surrounding communities navigate their moves with confidence. Whether I’m helping a first time buyer find the right home, guiding a move up buyer through their next purchase, helping a family relocate to or from Indianapolis, or developing a strategic marketing plan to position a seller’s home for success, I tailor my approach to each client’s goals.
My background in sales management, along with studies in business and apparel merchandising, gives me a unique perspective on real estate marketing, negotiation, presentation, and the details that matter when buying or selling a home. I believe great real estate representation is about more than opening doors or putting a home on the market. It’s about understanding the market, creating a smart strategy, communicating clearly, negotiating effectively, and being there when my clients need me.

I’m proud to be affiliated with Carpenter REALTORS®, one of the top three companies in the MIBOR MLS, and to be actively involved with the Metropolitan Indianapolis Board of REALTORS®, the National Association of REALTORS®, and Habitat for Humanity Indiana’s Women Build initiative, which I have supported since 2019.
